Friday: December 5

• 10:00 am - School Day - drills by soldiers, cannon firing every hour till buses leave, Speakers from the Military Park and Sons of Confederate Veterans

• 5:30 pm - Dinner / Chili in the Tavern for Reenactors 

Saturday: December 6

• 6:00 am - Start making apple butter

• 10:00 am - Camps open

• 2:00 pm - Battle

• 6:00 pm - Dinner / Pulled Pork and Beans in the tavern for Reenactors

• 7:00 pm - Dance

Sunday: December 7

• 9:00 am - Breakfast / Biscuits and Gravy for Reenactors

• 10:00 am - Camps open / Church service

• 1:00 pm - Battle

• 2:30 pm - Event ends

• Event dates: December 5-7, 2025

• Event site: 1717 Buzzard Glory Rd. Washburn, MO 65772

• Event battles:  Saturday: 2pm - 12/6/25 & Sunday: 1pm -  12/7/25.

• Pre-registration fee: $15 per participant

• On site registration fee: $20 per participant

• Reenactors: US Military, CS Military, Civilian

• Vendors: Sutlers and Food Vendors

• Site opens to Reenactors:  Thursday 12/4/25

• Amenities: Water, Firewood, Bathrooms, Parking

• Meals:  The event is providing Dinner Fri., Dinner Sat., & Breakfast Sunday

REGISTATION DETAILS

Event pre-registration is $15 per participant.  On site event registration fee of $20 will be collected with the liability waiver starting Thursday Dec. 4 and Friday Dec. 5 between the hours of 9am - 9pm.
